Our Story

We take pride in the Culver's brand.

Humble Beginings

Tony Milazzo began his career at Culver's when he was 16 as a kitchen team member. At the time, there were only four Culver's locations in existence. Over the remainder of his high school and college years, he gained experience and learned all aspects of working at and managing a Culver's restaurant. Working as a manager during college at UW-Madison, he had the dream of owning his own.

The Milazzo family (Tony & Sarah and Ron & Cheryl) opened their first Culver's restaurant in Port Washington, WI in 1999. From the beginning, our organization has developed people from within. Our organizations owners and operators all began their careers as team members. They worked their way up to own their own Culver's restaurant through Culver's Mentee Program.
