The Milazzo family (Tony & Sarah and Ron & Cheryl) opened their first restaurant in Port Washington, WI in 1999. From the beginning, our organization has developed people from within into mentee partners. Our restaurant owners and operators all began their careers as team members and worked their way up to own their own Culver's restaurant.
In our restaurants, team members and teamwork are everything. You'll become involved in a supportive, fast-paced environment while having the opportunity to grow and develop personally and professionally. Work hard for us, and we'll work just as hard for you.
The Milazzo Restaurant Group is comprised of 24 independently owned and operated Culver's restaurants in five states, including 19 in Illinois, two in Florida, one in Missouri, one in Arizona, and one in Wisconsin.
The Milazzo Restaurant Group has 14 partners in the Culver's restaurant business. As owners/operators with extensive experience in the industry, our partners support each other, their team members, and their communities.
